  • Day 1Discover Lisbon's top attractions

    The start of this charming tour could only begin in the portuguese capital. Upon arrival in Lisbon, you will have a private transfer to take you to your hotel. In the afternoon, you will take a half-day City Tour of the portuguese capital with our certified guide, who will pick you up from your hotel. The tour will start at Avenida da Liberdade, one of the city's main streets which, in monarchical times, the nobility and the royal family strolled and exhibited to the people. Then we will head for the Parque Eduardo VII, the largest park in central Lisbon, to enjoy the views over the city. This name was given in 1903 in honour of the English King Edward VII, who visited the Portuguese capital to reaffirm the alliance between the two countries.Next, we will visit some of Lisbon's most typical and picturesque neighbourhoods, such as Alfama and Bairro Alto, where traditions are still preserved, reflecting the mixture of people from different cultures and beliefs over the centuries.We will finish our visit in Praça do Comércio, one of the largest squares in Europe and home to some government institutions. From here you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the Tagus River and contemplate the bustle of the city, which merge into a harmonious landscape. At the end of the day, take the opportunity to taste some Portuguese delicacies, such as bifanas, grilled sardines or a delicious codfish with cream. At night, you will be welcomed into the soul of Portugal in one of Lisbon’s most emblematic fado locales, where you will enjoy a traditional Portuguese meal and a show.   • Day 2Travel back in time in Sintra

    Today your guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel to visit Sintra, World Heritage Site, where hundreds of years of history and culture await you. Around the mountain, you will pass imposing and beautiful royal palaces, chalets and aristocratic residences that blend a combination of architectural styles, colours and unique shapes. Then you will visit the emblematic Quinta da Regaleira, which will present you with a unique architecture, the result of a fusion of various styles. Lunch (not included) will be in the fishing village of Cascais, where you can try our famous "fish cooked in salt". Accommodation: 4-Star Hotel in Lisbon

  • Day 3 Walk through the historic centre of Évora

    The day begins with a journey towards Évora. Lunch (not included) will be at a traditional local restaurant and in the afternoon you will take a guided tour of the historic city centre. After arriving in the walled city, you will see the enigmatic São Francisco Church and its Chapel of Bones. Continuing through the narrow streets of the old town, you will find the Giraldo square, where the Inquisition once had its headquarters. You will still have time to explore the milenary Roman temple and take a look at the 12th century cathedral. You will end the day with a visit to a Winery with wine pairing.   • Day 4Go back to medieval times in Monsaraz

    First thing in the morning, you will visit the medieval village of Monsaraz. After the tour, you will enjoy a lunch (not included) and a wine tasting in one of the best wineries in Alentejo. In the afternoon, you will return to Évora and the time is all yours. You can choose to enjoy the hotel's great facilities or explore a little more of the city. Accommodation: 4-Star Hotel in Évora

  • Day 5Time to get to know the students' city

    On day 5, you will head to Coimbra, where you will visit this truly charming city full of history. It is not only one of the oldest university towns in the world, but also one of the most harmonious buildings in Portugal. You will have the opportunity to visit emblematic places such as the Joanina Library and the Quinta das Lágrimas, where the love story between Prince Pedro and the beautiful Inês de Castro took place.   • Day 6 Be amazed by the beauty of Douro

    On this day you will visit the Douro Valley, where you will be welcomed with splendid views over the Douro River! Then, you will go to the well-known Quinta da Pacheca (or similar, according to availability) for visit, wine tasting and lunch. After lunch, a private transfer will take you to the hotel for a relaxing end of the afternoon. Accommodation: 4-Star Hotel in Douro

  • Day 7Enjoy a cruise in the Douro Valley

    The morning of day 7 is on your own. Relax in the comfort of the hotel or enjoy some personal activities. In the afternoon you will embark on a fabulous cruise in the Douro Valley, perfect to discover Douro from the best perspective. On your return to the hotel, you will do a wine tasting at the Winery and Vineyards of the Douro Valley. Accommodation: 4-Star Hotel in Douro

  • Day 8Welcome to Minho

    On the eighth day of the tour, you will get to know the charming region of Minho. You will taste some Green Wines (typical wine of the region) and visit a winery. After the visit, you will head towards the birthplace of Portugal - the city of Guimarães! This was the first capital of Portugal, chosen by our first king, D. Afonso Henriques. In the afternoon you will take a walking tour to visit the historical centre of Guimarães, considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site. At the end of the afternoon you will go to Porto, where you will stay that night. Accommodation: 4-Star Hotel in Porto

  • Day 9Get adventurous (and charmed) by the city of Porto

    Start the morning with a visit to the city of Porto in the company of our official tour guide. In the historic city centre, considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site, you will have plenty of time to explore the emblematic Lello Library, where the Harry Potter books and films were inspired. Then you will head to the Golden Church of St. Francis and then to the Palácio da Bolsa, a building with incredible granite work and magnificent neo-Arabic influences. As you walk around the city, you'll make a few stops at typical establishments to try some of Porto's best delicacies! You will finish this tour right in front of the river, where you can admire the D. Luís bridge and all the Port wine cellars that brought fame and fortune to the city. But don't worry, you won't just gaze! Next, you will have a visit and a wine tasting in the cellars. To end this tour in beauty, you will have the right to a Farewell Gourmet Dinner in a Michelin 1 Star Restaurant in Porto (except on sundays and mondays, because these restaurants are closed).   • Day 10Time to say goodbye!y

    The time has come to say goodbye to Portugal! After enjoying breakfast at the hotel and checking out, a private transfer will take you to Porto Airport. Let's hope it will be a "see you soon!"
